  Tried to get help moving my internet. Store manager told to call the moves line and that it couldn’t be done in store. Called the moves line and got it done but they advised they could have done it for me in branch.

  Arrived around 10.15am. Had my name put on the queue. I was told someone would ring me in about 15 minutes. It is now 3.30pm and have not heard from anyone. Won't be going there again

  Just purchased a new phone from the store. The manager Drew and his staff were extremely helpful with providing a heap of information on what was available to suit my mobile needs perfectly. Even going the extra mile and setting up the phone.

  Store manager Drew stayed past closing time to switch my phone plan for me and he was so patient and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Can't recommend this store highly enough.
