No one to answer the phone, called 4 times and tried 2x different lines and both rang out

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Always clean. Pawn goods or get a loan.

Took in my Maton srs70c acoustic for a short term loan and was offered $50. Maybe he thought I looked desperate or something and would see if he could get a real steal.... when I explained to him that the guitar is 1 year old and is worth around $1700 the salesman was rude and arrogantly told me they can't get buyers. Clearly he doesn't know how how to make money strategically.... Pawn King in Bundaberg happily gave me $350 on loan so I could feed my kids between jobs. Far better service too. Cash Convertors needs too review their customer care objectives, it's not the first time I've seen a store with a narrow minded, arrogant sales/loans team member who cared only about the $ value, instead of the customers needs.
