    Rang 4 times... on the 5th left a message with my contact details asking them to call back. Still waiting three days later. However on the final attempt I accidentally rang the number under racq on the travel agents for Bundaberg I aged googled. I was connected to an independent / rival travel company (with a similar address) who were fantastic! Have since paid $15000 happily to them for our holiday. Looking forward to rebooking annually over the next decade but sadly for racq, not wasting my time trying to contact them . As a son of a lifetime member, and a long-term member myself, I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of service and discourtesy of not returning my call.
