  I had been to other Yoga classes before I tried Love Life. Live Yoga.... Carmen is the best at what she does... I'm a beginner at Yoga and was nervous when I went to my first class... Carmen and her team create the classes for all levels and they are really supportive and encouraging... There was no need to be nervous cause everyone was so friendly and welcoming...

  I started going to Yoga with Carmen 2 months ago and can't imagine my day without it now. Carmen is amazing but all the teachers bring something unique and special to each class. What a wonderful way to start or finish each!

  Love Life. Live Yoga. has been my first yoga experience and I was sceptical, if that suits for me. After the first class I attended by Carmen, I have known, that won't be my last. The pleasant atmosphere, the gentle teaching method and consultive support gave me a simple entry as a beginner.
