  When I first moved to bundaberg and was looking for a dentist, I came here first. Didn't find the environment very inviting or welcoming. Felt like they just wanted to rush everyone through as quickly as they can and be done with it.

  Make sure you tell them when you get in there that you are only paying for things you've agreed to. They charged me $130 more than I was quoted for something I never authorized.

  We were quite happy with our Dentist until our last appointment when we were given a different Dentist to our usual one, it was an awful experience which I would compare to a pit stop on a racing circuit so they can get you in and out as fast as possible to get the next person in. I was given a fluroide treatment before I even realized (another money grab) and for the next 24 hours was very ill with symptoms, from what I read, was like that to fluroide poisoning. And to top it off being a Bupa Customer and SMILES being a Bupa preferred Dentist the gap was always fairly huge, compared to Nil at a Bupa preferred Dentisty in Brisbane City. Will not be going back and would encourgae anyone looking for a Dentist to look elsewhere.

  saw Dr Atif Gibraeil recently to undergo Crown dental work and could not be happier with the results. Despite difficulties initially with the preliminary work, I found him to be caring and considerate and was very impressed and surprised that he phoned me a couple of times to ensure I was improving. During the last couple of years my mother was alive, he also attended to her and again his attitude was no different.
