  Pulled in after getting a flat down the road. Nothing was too much trouble they gave me a lot of options and changed my flat straight away. The customer service was outstanding.

  The battery from our car was totally flat and we could not start the engine. Our car stood on the street in front of "Kmart Tyre & Auto Service" and we ask them to help us. The mechanic came with us and wanted to start the car to drive it into the garage but he was unable to do that and sad it would not work because of the battery... So the question was if we should replace the battery or just charge it. We ask them's advice. The manager was very unfriendly and unhelpful. He told us he would just replace the battery for 180$ or we have to see how and where we can charge it and how we can remove the battery ourself... We felt like he wants to take advantage of our situation because we could not drive anywhere else.

  Then, we walked to an other mechanic. They came with their car, gave us a jump start (the Kmart mechanic didn't manage it) and we could drive to the other mechanic who replaced us the battery for 110$. Cheaper and much more friendly!
