  My wife and I bought a second hand Avan Ovation M7 series from Ben at Searles RV in Bundaberg. During our shake down period, before we took off on our big trip, we had to have a few issues with the van which Ben took care of without question and with a professional attitude. I would not hesitate to refer Ben and his team at Searles RV Bundaberg to anyone looking to buy a new or second hand caravan or RV.   We travelled from Brisbane to Bundaberg, so that we could purchase from Searle's, rather than our local dealer. Why? The recommendations we received from the Jurgens owners group were amazing. Ben and his team did not let us down. The van was great, price was very competitive and the service from the whole team was outstanding. They have made every effort to ensure our purchase was an enjoyable experience. Ben booked us in at a caravan park at Bargara, so that we did not need to travel home the same day. It gave us some time to explore the area, so we know where to visit when we bring the van back for its periodic servicing.
