  My new salon gave me what I wanted and is now complimentary treating my hair. This hairdresser raves on about having olaplex which was only used once in my hair and I was never given a take home treatment. I was under the impression from her that I was dealing with a fully qualified hairdresser. It wasn't until after I had left that I found out she is only 18 and only a couple of months ago she was still an apprentice. People make mistakes which is normal, however lying about it and then trying to cover it up is NOT RESPONSIBLE AND PROFESSIONAL! All I can say is, all that I have achieved from this salon is damaged hair which is going to take months and more money to repair. Too young and inexperienced!!!

  After spending approximately $1000 here, I walked out this salon very unhappy and angry at what the owner had done to my hair. Specifically asking to go lighter (not platinum blonde, just a brown/blonde bayalage) I was given dark brown with grey and green tones after having half of my hair lightened in 3 sessions. That last time I was there, I was wanting to go for another lightening session to have her convince me not to but do something alternative. She told and showed me it was going to be an ash blonde. I ended up basically having khaki hair to which I was told by her that it looked amazing
