  We ordered 2 cheese burgers for the kids, a cheese burger for myself and a parmy for my husband and they sent the kids meals to the wrong table and then only gave us one. When my husbands and mine came out the parmy was cold and the cheese burger was barley cooked. We never ended up with the other kids meal but they offered us someone elses nuggets instead and when I refused and said I didn't want anything they offered me a refund but I told them the kids meals were free because it's Sunday and still they said that's okay we'll still do it. Another 30mins goes by and I go up to the girl that offered me the refund and her manager or whatever turned around and said it was free so you're not getting refunded even though I already mentioned that in the first place, she then said do you want an ice cream instead? We won't be back.

  Always a great place to eat, have been coming here for 2 yrs plus, good food and good service, they do fall behind on the busy periods but who doesn't. One of the best places in Bundaberg to go, Thursday nights are great value with the ribs, rump and wings special!

  do not bother looking up the menu on the website as it is nothing like the one in the hotel,prices are a lot higher when you go in and when i asked where the menu was from the website i was told we dont comtrol the website anymore,if this is the case take your menu off as this is very close to false advertising,SEEN THE LAST OF ME
